Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene protection intact.

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or refunded if the hygiene seal has been removed, the item has been worn, or if there are any signs of use.

To request a return, please contact us at hello.sereia.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that pre-order items may have different fulfilment timelines, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
